Layaway Policy:
In an effort to help everyone get the gun they want, we have begun a 90-day, no-fee layaway program. All you have to do is pick the gun you want and give us a 15% non-refundable deposit. You then have 90-days to pay off your purchase. Once the final payment is received, we mail it to your licensed firearms dealer. It doesn't get much easier than that.
Return Policy:
All returned items or cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All warranty work must be done through the factory.

New in the Box items may be returned within 3 days of receipt of the item provided they are in original condition. Custom orders, mounted rifles, and such may not be returned. All returns must be approved prior to shipping back to

Mountain.

Shipping Method:
Allow 2 weeks for Delivery for stock Items. Due to the nature of selling and transferring firearms, we are required to ship to an FFL dealer. Most items are shipped within the week of ordering once shipping information is confirmed. Orders requiring gunsmithing may be delayed slightly due to shop schedules. We will not compromise quality of work for rapid product. You may request a tracking number at anytime. Most items will be shipped FEDEX ground unless other wise requested. Special order items or shop items may be subject to longer waits depending on Manufacturer availability.
