Upon reading your first message when I came to work on the 22nd, I thought
that it was a nice touch that you sent a personal note about my purchase.
Perhaps being a little cynical, I then wondered if the High Mountain Hunting Supply Company uses a generic e-mail that is sent to all of the customers that order on-line. Based upon the message, I assumed I would receive the knife sometime in December, well after my hunting adventure during Thanksgiving -- oh well.
Much to my surprise, the knife arrived at my house on Monday (the 22nd). When I saw your hand written note on invoice number 27, I reflected upon my 'cynical thought' earlier in the day and chuckled to myself, realizing that you are just trying to make an honest buck like the rest of us. To answer your question, yes the knife is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately I did not get to use it, but then again, Muzzle Loading Season opens here on the 15th. (Being close to Detroit, the hunting pressure is a bit high on the state land during the regular firearm
season).
I find your website interesting, appreciate the (honest) personal service that you have provided, will definitely consider using you for purchases in the future and will let my friends about your company as well.
