Shipping and Return

Policies

1. High Mountain Hunting Supply Reserves the right to refuse service to any one for any reason.

2. All returned items or cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All warrenty work must be done through the factory. High Mountain will gladly assist in helping resolve problems with the corresponding companies.

3. Allow 2 weeks for Delivery for stock Items. Due to the nature of selling and transfering firearms, we are required to ship to an FFL licensed dealer. Most items are shipped within the week of ordering once shipping information is confirmed. Orders requiring gunsmithing may be delayed slightly due to shop schedules. We will not compromise quality of work for rapid product. You may request a tracking number at anytime. Most items will be shipped FEDEX ground unless other wise requested. Special order items or shop items may be subject to longer waits depending on Manufacturer availability.

4. Items listed on Gunbroker or GunsAmerica may be subject to a 3% credit card surcharge which is not reflected in the price. Firearms purchased from our website are not subject to a credit charge.

5. New in the Box items may be returned within 3 days of reciept of the item provided they are in original condition. Custom orders, mounted rifles, and such may not be returned. All returns must be approved prior shipping back to High Mountain.
